Let's meet up for coffee and get to know one another. It'll be a chance for me to tell you a bit about myself and how I run my sessions.
During this initial complimentary consultation we'll talk about what type of session you're interested in and what exactly you're looking for. We'll go over details like hair & makeup, wardrobe, location, image & product selection, etc. We can also address any questions you might have so make a list and bring it with you.
The consultation is an important step in the process to make sure I'm the right photographer for you.

Based on your preference, you'll be working with my totally awesome stylist to make sure that you look and feel like a million bucks. While you're in the make-up chair, I'll be prepping the set and looking over your wardrobe choices to narrow things down. Just before your session, we'll go over the selection and make any last minute adjustments.

Now that we've met and gotten to know each other, let's get you on the calendar. I typically book about 3-4 weeks out so we have plenty of time to work out any details, provide styling assistance if needed, and secure a location
(if advance reservations are needed).
(Your session fee will be due at the time of booking).

As much as I love studio work, there is nothing more flattering that natural light. I am always looking for ways to integrate the surroundings into your session so you'll see alot of shoot-throughs in my work. I will always try to plan ahead for weather but in the event we get weathered out, I'll do my best to get you rescheduled!

I absolutely love studio work and if you've seen my work, you'll know I lean towards a fine art, contemporary vibe. I love working with strobes to create something unique for you. On the plus side, we don't have to worry about scheduling a rain-date!

define your style :: session types + pinterest inspo

After your session is booked, I'll pull together a Pinterest Board for your session based on what we discussed during your consult. I'll add in some images of different hair & make-up styles as well as suggested wardrobe pieces. I'll also look for images that reflect lighting styles, mood, and overall feel for your session. You'll be able to collaborate too, and even add images of your own. I'll be in touch about 1-2 weeks before your session to confirm a few details, set the shoot location, and answer any questions you might have.

is finally here

the big day

About a week after your session, I'll be sending you a password protected link to your proof gallery where you can view and select your final images. Once I receive your favorited list, I'll get working on the edits and retouching. Typically, your final images will be ready in a just a few weeks, ready for download. If you're Collection includes printed products, payment for those products will be due at the time of ordering and shipping times will vary but typically within 3 weeks after order is submitted.
